您好!根据北京市社保中心相关规定,从即日起开始进行2016年度社会保险、住房公积金缴费工资采集工作。现将有关事项通知如下:
一、缴费工资
各项社会保险(养老、失业、工伤、生育、基本医疗)缴费工资均为员工本人2015年度税前月平均工资(即1月至12月实际发放的税前工资总额的月平均数,工资总额的构成请见附件三:《关于工资总额组成的规定》)。
请认真计算员工2015年税前月均工资,并按员工税前实际工资申报缴费工资,以免因工资申报错误引发劳动争议或受到劳动监察、社保稽核等部门的查处。
员工税前月平均工资高于2016年度本市社保缴费基数上限或低于下限的,社保中心将自动按上、下限核定缴费基数并收取社保费。
同时以上缴费工资将作为员工2016年7月住房公积金跨年清册核定月缴存额的来源,除非有特殊情况,我司不再另行采集,具体操作到时以住房公积金跨年清册核定工作通知为准。

三、截止时间
请贵单位在2016年6月23日前,将与员工确认后的缴费工资填入《2016年度社会保险、住房公积金缴费工资采集表》(以下简称《采集表》,样表见附件一)并加盖公章后将原件交至我司。我司承诺不对社保中心以外的其他机构或个人透露贵单位员工缴费工资信息。《采集表》交至我司后发现错误的,请填写《2016年度社会保险、住房公积金缴费工资勘误表》(样表见附件二)交至我司。
如您未能在上述日期前将贵单位《采集表》交至我司,为保证员工各项社会保险的连续办理,北京市社保中心将根据《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第六十二条规定,按贵单位员工上年月缴费基数的110%确定新年度缴费工资基数并收取费用,请贵单位高度重视,及时申报。

Notice on Salary Information Collection for Social Insurances and Housing Fund Payment for 2016

Dear clients,
In accordance with regulations of Beijing Social Insurance Center, salary information collection for social insurances and Housing Fund payment for 2016 will start from now on. We hereby would like to draw your attention on the following corresponding issues:
I. Payment salary for social insurances
Social insurances (including pension, unemployment, work-related injury, maternity and basic medical) payment salary shall be employee’s pre-tax average monthly salary of 2015 (average monthly salary of pre-tax actual total income between Jan. 2015 and Dec. 2015. Please see Appendix Three for the regulation about total income composing ).
Please seriously calculate employees’ actual pre-tax average monthly salary of 2015 and declare it as the payment salary in order to avoid labor disputes or any possible trouble checked by Labor Inspection Department or Social Security Audit Department.
For those whose pre-tax average monthly salary is higher (or lower) than the upper (or lower) limit of basis for 2016, Social Insurance Center will automatically rectify their basis to the upper (or lower) limit.
At the same time, the above mentioned payment salary will also be regarded as the salary for calculating Housing Fund monthly deposit amount in July 2016 and CIIC will not recollect Housing Fund monthly deposit amount. If there is any special issue or change, CIIC will send the notice then on the actual operation for Housing Fund adjustment.
